Rules

These are some of the simple-to-use rules I followed to get rid of Gastritis. For me, it was the best Gastritis cure because it has been proven and it ACTUALLY WORKED.

The first that you need to remember is to ensure that you don’t mix in the same meal protein rich foods (meats, fish, eggs, etc.) with carbohydrate rich foods (pasta, potatoes, rice, etc.) This is the first rule because these two types of foods use two different types of enzymes.

When these two enzymes work separately, everything is OK. However, when they are released at the same time by the stomach, they neutralize each other and loose their effectiveness. When this occurs, the food sits longer in the stomach and even more enzymes (alkaline and acidic) must be released.

That is why a steak with fries is not as good for Gastritis as a steak with a salad. Green vegetables can be mixed with any other type of foods because they have a high content of water.

Another point to remember is to not eat fruits with any other type of foods. This is so because fruits get digested very quickly by the stomach. If they are eaten with other types of foods, fruits will sit in the stomach longer and will get fermented releasing alcohol and other toxins.

It is also very important to remember that you need to chew your food as much as possible. Keep in mind that the larger the chunks of foods that your stomach must digest, the longer it will take and the more enzymes it will need to release (both alkaline and acidic.)

Finally, drink as little water as you can while eating. Fluids in your stomach will dissolve the effectiveness of enzymes. When this happens, the food takes longer to be digested and, once again, the stomach will need to release more enzymes.
